Breakfast has gotta be one of my favorite meals of the day. The heartier the better.
Eggs, bacon, waffles, and hash browns served with maple syrup and butter is like eating pure joy. Add a hot cup of coffee and my heart and stomach are full.
Of course, that’s not every day or my arteries would be clogged as well.
On a daily basis, breakfast is boring and frustrating.
Mostly because it takes too long and creates too much of a mess.
Basically, I’m too lazy to eat healthy in the morning.
But isn’t that the point?
If a healthy lifestyle was simpler, you’d have an easier time staying active and eating right.
I’m experimenting with a new breakfast routine this week and so far, it’s easy AND delicious.
